Today's International Association of Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapists has dedicated members throughout the world. Successful completion of Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy training is required for membership.

The Board of Directors, which is led by a Chairperson, has several meetings throughout the year. A member attended convention is usually held in the spring of the year. Since the members of the Board are not in one central location, most Board meetings are held by teleconference. Several meetings are held during the annual convention when a quorum is attained with members in attendances at one location.
